EMT-B Field Bag, suggestions plz?

I am a soldier in the VDF which is a local military. I am the field medic and I am about to be EMT-B certified as of February (first week of).

I purchased a tri-fold medic bag to fill up. Now granted, when we are out on missions, we won't have access to oxygen.

My question is, what should I then keep in my bag? I know bleeding control, splinting will have to be done with ace bandages and swoths. I plan on also carrying glucose. And, for CPR I plan on carrying my CPR mask.

There's not going to be much I can do for $$$ equipment so it will have to be basic care. I do have to be able to do traditional CPR. Hopefully the facilities we are at also have an AED but if we are OUT in the field we won't have that.

I carry a military bag in my car and take it on forest fires with me, this is roughly what's in it:

A couple of SAM splints, a dozen 2X2, and 4X4 gauze.
Rolled bandages from 2" up to 6".
Triangle (cravat) bandages
A bunch of Band-Aids.
Two rolls of medical tape
Stethoscope, blood pressure cuff.
Tactical tourniquet. Large dressing like an Israeli bandage, or abdominal dressing.
Get a small (250ml) bag of normal saline, to use as an eye wash if needed.
Pocket mask for mouth to mouth.
Some small burn dressings
A few tongue depressors for finger splints.

I also carry one of those small survival blankets for hypothermia, if your unit carries a lot of gear to the field, you may not need one.

The bags are small, but this should all fit, as you get some experience, you'll decide what else you need. Good luck.
