Is it legal to carry a knife in Virginia juvenile with a clip on it (not hidden)?
Im only 17 so I was wondering if it's OK for me to carry a concealed not if so what is the maximum size blade I think mine is 3inches Im not dumb I would never take a knife to school or airports ... im talking about just going for my daily life.
Virginia has no age limit on who can carry a knife. They only have laws for selling / giving some types of knives to minors (knives, switchblades, knives Bowie). If it is a knife in the air there is not the maximum size blade and it can be carried concealed any problems. Fixed blades also have no max size, but are recovered from extremely vague laws that could potentially be applied to any fixed blade if it hidden, so it is best to carry them openly. Be wary of the laws of your local town, as they may be stronger than state laws.
